On this week’s episode of Bravo’s The Valley, Janet and Jason become more distant from the group. Jax is almost out of rehab, while Zach and Kristen feel that Brittany always takes Janet’s side over theirs. Meanwhile, Nia and Danny considered growing their family.
Room For One More
Nia and Danny had a photoshoot, which got them thinking about having a fourth child. Nia wants to have their fourth child soon so that her kids will be close in age. She also wants to work on getting her body back once she’s done having kids for good. Danny tells her she’s fine the way she is, but that doesn’t help how she feels mentally. They decide to see a fertility doctor to discuss their options.
“You can’t do a mommy makeover if you’re going to have another kid. I just want to feel good in my skin again”, Nia said in a confessional.
The BFF Wars
Kristen and Zach both feel that Brittany always takes Janet’s side over theirs. Brittany explains that she likes to show all points of view, and does the same thing when she’s with Janet. Zach thinks that Brittany isn’t the same girl he met when he first moved to Los Angeles.
Karen Energy
Kristen finds from everyone’s best friend, Scheana, that Janet and Jason are still upset about the ring rumors and were talking bad about it after Brittany’s party. Kristen was under the impression they let it go, as they already talked it out at the party. It all comes to a head during Brittany’s beach day, another ill-fated attempt to bring the group together.
Janet and Jason refuse to talk to Jasmine, whom they blame for starting the rumor. Similarly, Jasmine refuses to make the first move. Janet and Jason eventually cave, and their conversation with Jasmine results in them leaving the beach.
Jasmine is mad that Janet won’t let her get a word in every time she tries to explain herself, and says that she constantly speaks for Jason. Janet continues to ignore Jasmine’s he loses her cool and lets Janet know she really thinks about her.
“Janet you have been a s**** ass friend, you’re a f***ing vibe killer, you give karen energy, and I’m done with it!” Jasmine tells Janet.
Janet is not interested in listening to Jasmine and seems to have decided that her opinion about Jasmine is correct. Of course, Jason stands by his wife.
A Changed Man – Or Not?
Jax is almost of rehab, and everyone hopes he has truly changed. He seems to have Janet and Jason fooled, at least. On a phone call, Jax expresses his remorse for his treatment of Brittany and how his actions have hurt his family. He syas he is disgusted by the way he treated Brittany, and that he deserved to lose her long before this. Jason asks what he plans to do about his and Brittany’s mortgage situation, and Jax claims he plans to use the money from him and Brittany’s podcast to pay the mortgages he hasn’t paid on their home yet. Jason notes this is the first time he has heard Jax acknowledge his actions without an excuse, and Janet hopes this is just the first of several steps on his journey to making amends.
However, Jax is singing a different tune with Brittany. While her mom is over visiting her and Cruz, Brittany reveals that Jax has no plans on paying any more mortages and tat she’s on her own. This means that now she is paying the rent for her current rental, as well as the mortgage on her home with Jax. Having previously installed security cameras, Brittany covers them, asserting her independence as the sole provider of the home. She also notes that, due to his rehab, she has been the only one doing the podcast, so the money from that belongs to her.
