Raffles Singapore’s La Dame de Pic recently received one Michelin star in the 2022 Michelin Guide Singapore, marking the first Michelin star in Raffles Singapore’s 135-year history and Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s third.

Le Dame de Pic, located in the hotel’s Main Building, takes visitors on a gourmet journey that combines Asian inspirations with Pic’s link to Valence, France, her birthplace. Lunch is served Wednesday through Saturday, while dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday.
